The work behind modern care.

Mutek works across the layers that make a medical business real: brand, website, patient and member apps, relational data, AI, social engagement, testing programs, operations, and physical materials.

These studies reflect delivered scopes of work. Names, brands, interface details, and all visible data have been fictionalized. No production screenshots or proprietary systems are reproduced.

Challenge

High-touch medical coordination depended on many people, documents, relationships, and time-sensitive decisions. The digital experience needed to feel effortless without hiding the operational rigor underneath it.

Response

We treated the service as one product. The member experience, care-team workspace, relational data, specialist network, website, and physical materials were designed around the same service model.

Result

A coherent medical concierge infrastructure in which every surface supports the same promise: clear access, thoughtful coordination, and accountable human care.

Response

Mutek developed an editorial identity, evidence-led website, research library, publication templates, channel strategy, review gates, and a practical framework for public conversation.

Result

A connected operating model designed to support credible publishing, thoughtful public response, and disciplined audience development across web, social, email, and partnerships.

Morrow Microbiome ProgramFictional portfolio identityRepresentative reconstruction of delivered work
Challenge

Microbiome testing produces dense technical information, but the patient experience also includes forms, a home kit, specimen tracking, education, consultation, and repeat testing.

Response

Mutek designed the whole journey, then built an interactive report that connects source values to plain-language explanation while preserving an explicit clinician review gate.

Result

A calm, coherent program that helps patients understand where they are, explore what their report means, and arrive at a physician conversation better prepared.
