Scope
This Policy applies to the Mutek public marketing website and to business communications initiated through it. It does not govern patient portals, member applications, clinical systems, or other products that Mutek designs, builds, or operates for a client. Those services are governed by the client's privacy notice and the applicable services agreement, data processing agreement, Business Associate Agreement, or other written contract.
For purposes of this public website, Mutek is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. You can contact Mutek using the information at the end of this page.
This Policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and does not, by itself, make any website or service HIPAA compliant.

Information you choose to send
If you email Mutek, we may receive your name, email address, organization, professional role, project details, attachments, and anything else included in your message or later correspondence.
Technical information
Hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, request time, referring page, and error or security logs.
Cookies and similar technologies
Mutek does not currently use analytics, advertising, or personalization cookies on this site. Hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for delivery, reliability, and security. If optional analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools are introduced, we will update this Policy and provide consent controls where required.
Interactive portfolio demonstrations
The searchable database, glossary, filters, tabs, and other demonstrations on the Work page run entirely in your browser. Search terms and demo choices are not submitted to Mutek or stored by the site. Please do not enter personal, patient, or confidential information into these demonstrations.
Sensitive information
Do not send protected health information.
Do not send patient records, medical histories, test results, login credentials, or other sensitive information through this website or ordinary email. If a prospective project requires sensitive information, Mutek will arrange an approved secure channel and the necessary written agreements first.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care in what you send.
